Refund & Return Policy

At MedHealth Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@medhealth.fitness with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, downloadable products, personal care items that have been opened (such as Epsom salt), and items marked as final sale.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@medhealth.fitness.
